Do the products fit to size? Each garment has its own fit and size. See the product description for more information about this. If there are any specifics, we will of course also mention this. The item of clothing is sold out, what now? It is of course possible that an item of clothing is sold out. We do our utmost to replenish all items of clothing as soon as possible, if possible. So keep an eye on our website and social media to stay informed about the latest collection and whether items are back in stock :) The item of clothing has been damaged or delivered incorrectly, what should I do? How annoying!! This is of course not the intention, send an email to info@jcdresses.nl and we will try to solve this as quickly as possible. Are there any damages? Then send us a photo. Can I still cancel or change my order? You can send an email at any time to see if cancellation is still possible. If the order has not yet been completed in our system, we can see what we can do for you. However, we cannot guarantee that this will work. What are your payment methods? With us you can use iDeal, PayPal, BanContact (for Belgium) or transfer in advance. Did you receive a discount code? You can enter this at checkout under the heading: discount code. I have not received a confirmation after payment, what should I do? First check whether your payment has been debited from your bank account and whether the confirmation has not ended up in your spam. If this is not the case, please send an email to info@jcdresses.nl and we will find out what went wrong. What is the delivery time of my order and how can I track it? We do our very best to ship items ordered before 4 pm the same day. However, we are not responsible for any delays at PostNL. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a track & trace code from us. With this you can track your package at PostNL. Within how many days can I return my order? You can return your order to us within 10 days of shipment, provided it meets our return conditions. See returns and exchanges. What are the shipping costs? We ship via PostNL.
